Using the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS)
If you are interested in applying for the 2009 Endocrine Fellowship Program, please note that we are no longer accepting paper applications. All applicants must submit ALL of their information using the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). We will be following all ERAS deadlines.

ERAS Documents:
- Common Application Form (CAF)
- Personal Goals Statement
- Medical School Transcript (optional)
- MSPE/Dean's letter (optional)
- Letters of Recommendation
- Minimum: 3
- Maximum: 4
- Types: no specific type of letter is required, may include Chairs Letter
- Wallet-sized Color Photo (optional)
- USMLE Transcripts (optional)
- Note:
- Academic transcripts and MSPE/Dean's Letter transmitted from U.S. medical school are official primary source documents. Transcripts may be labeled "For ERAS Use Only."
- The ECFMG Status Report, USMLE, and COMLEX transcripts are official documents
- For Foreign Medical Graduates:
- Complete a U.S. based residency program by July 1, 2009.

- Note: International medical graduates may not be able to secure medical school transcripts or the MSPE/Dean's Letter from the medical school; therefore, these documents may be copies. The EFDO will indicate whether the document scanned into ERAS is an original or copy.
National Resident Matching Program
